I really like this company. wherever it goes everywhere is cool. interesting and nice interior and design. two girls worked. one took the order from me, before I had time to pay, the second one served coffee. despite the fact that there were still clients before me, but they managed to do everything. cleanly neat, everything is in its place and most importantly, the coffee is always super. thanks

This is actually a bad review - but we’ve always had great service at this location every time so I’m keeping the five stars they usually deserve. Today though, oh man, the barista dark hair, braided pigtails was super condescending to whomever the younger new guy was that she was training. She herself made the two drinks from our order and if she wasn’t so distracted talking down to the new guy she was training she probably wouldn’t have messed them both up. Then she tried to hand me an unwrapped sticky straw off the counter and got visibly annoyed that I asked for a clean straw. You know… in a wrapper… how they usually come. My biggest mistake was asking for the whipped cream on my drink she’d forgotten it happens, no big deal, but how petty is this? She added the tiniest amount, then handed me our second drink supposed to be the new coconut passion pink drink they have a big sign for but it was plain tea. We’ll probably give it a while before we come back to this spot again.

I really love black rock coffee. I go there almost daily, The baristas at this location at garden home are usually so awesome, though I experienced a different level of energy today. I hope the employee I was helped by has a better day, and that everything is okay. They weren’t very inviting nor did they seem like they wanted to be there today. Might need to take the day off for a mental/spiritual recharge. Anyway great place to get coffee I will always support.

I typically LOVE this location and go out of my way weekly to come here to enjoy the company of the girls here. They are always so friendly and chatty. Unfortunately today, I wasn't greeted that way and my coffee was so poorly made I just felt like I couldn't approach with a remake. My small Blended Irish with no whip was so watery, it tasted like skim milk. My husbands pumpkin blondie was fine, he's not nearly as picky.

This is the closest to my work location which isn't all that close but anyways I will drive out of my way to come to this location whilew.on my lunch because the Barista Destiny. She is so kind, always smiles and makes my day every time I come.

I’ve come to this location nearly every week for two years now and the staff’s friendliness and fast service is second none. The coffee is always good and consistent, and the vegan banana bread is so delicious!

I’m done getting Black Rock. Multiple locations, multiple different drinks, and the lids do NOT STAY ON. Coffee has been spilt in a bunch of places because the lids refuse to stay on. Done paying $6 for drinks I can’t even enjoy because the lids don’t say on and spill complete drinks out.

Best drive thru coffee ever!! I go here almost everyday before I go to my workplace and the Caramel Blondie has always been so consistent! They never miss!! Every single person who works there seems to be very happy and all of them are so friendly and nice too! Will never get tired of coming back!

I go to this location almost every morning and honestly now I’m going to drive out of my way to work to go to a different location. Not only are they consistently so slow they are also so unfriendly and so rude. I ordered a blackberry black tea with a tiny splash of coconut milk on top and I said the word tiny the lady still proceeded to charge me the extra $.70 for less than half an ounce of milk. Normally I wouldn’t be so mad over what I would consider a petty situation but the way the lady was at the window and how she didn’t listen or care about what I said to her blew my mind. I don’t know why I continue to get this location my time and money.
