Tristan colors and cuts my hair and Peyton does my eyebrow waxes! Peyton was quick, super friendly and even when there was a schedule mix up, super accommodating! Tristan has been my stylist for 5 years. Truthfully could not ask for better color and cut, though I am not his typical color I change a lot I absolutely love my hair, he is able to take my idea and breathe life into it, or tell me a way that it would be better. I’ve never been disappointed. The salon atmosphere is fun and flirty. I’ve never seen anyone in a bad mood. I've tried out a few other salons and stylists recently and have not been impressed. Once you get above a certain price point, anyone you choose can competently cut hair. However, I've felt like some other places I've gone to recently didn't ask a lot of questions and the process felt rushed and impersonal. The haircuts were fine, not great, and the personal attention and overall experience was lacking at those salons despite the price point. I had a great experience with Peyton and Blake Rose. She asked lots of questions about what I wanted, made suggestions, and really seemed like she cared. I absolutely love my haircut. The salon itself has nice decor and is clean, the reception staff was nice, and the prices are comparable to the level of service and care I received. I'll definitely be back.

Everyone I encountered here was very friendly and welcoming! Peyton did a very thorough job with my eyebrow wax and listened to my concerns. Maria trimmed my bangs and was sure to talk with me throughout the process in order to get the end result I wanted. Julie has been my stylist for about three years now. I can ask her to do something new with my cuts. She’s happy to do that but she always wants to know what I am thinking about first. She always asks me questions to make sure she is hearing my desires. As she works she makes sure I am happy with her ideas before she goes ahead. What is great is I am a retired stylist so when she talks “hair” I get it and we work together to create my new look. I’ve never had that with any other stylist. She works like I used to. I have gone to Blake Rose for a few years now and Katie always does an amazing job! She is so nice along with the rest of the staff I’ve met at Blake Rose. She always knows exactly what I want and even double checks to make sure I’m REALLY sure I want to cut off 5” before she does it. Tristan is professional and will happily explain how he is doing your hair and the products he uses without being pushy for extra sales like some stylists are!
