I stumbled across FYI when looking for electrolysis services in columbus since laser hair removal had failed miserably on areas of my face. I have been seeing Leyla for electrolysis over the past few months and she is absolutely wonderful. Super pleasant and professional. Electrolysis overall is never a pleasant experience especially on sensitive areas such as the upper lip- however, Leyla does an excellent job of checking in and giving breaks when needed during the treatment. Exceptional!  I had PCOS so I have coarse black hair on my chin, neck, and jawline.  I have wanted to get electrolysis for YEARS but assumed it would be too expensive.   Plus there weren't any places that offered it near where I live.  I decided a few months ago to seriously pursue permanent hair removal.  I chose FYI because they had excellent reviews and their prices were affordable.  As I'm sure you all can relate, I am very self conscious about my facial hair, but I was never made to feel like I should be embarrassed.   I started treatments in March and so far pretty much  all of the hair on my right chin and jawline has been removed and we are now working on the left side.  It does hurt, but not as bad as I thought it would be and it only lasts for a few seconds at a time.  I am super happy with my results and highly, highly recommend them.  You will not be disappointed!

Sali and Emiliya are AMAZING! Before I started electrolysis with them a little over a year ago, I was very anxious about giving it a try. Would it hurt? Would it work? Would it be cost-prohibitive? After my initial free consultation and the first treatment, all my questions and concerns had been addressed. I was put at ease and could tell I would be in good hands within the first few minutes of the initial consultation; and when I saw the awesome results at the end of my first treatment, I was overjoyed! With each subsequent session, I have had the privilege of seeing the continuation of those results, and now the only question I keep asking myself is, "Why in the heck did I wait so long?" In addition to how happy the efficacy of their treatments has made me, I would also like to commend them for their friendly and professional service. These ladies are top-notch, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is in need of electrolysis.
