I frequent this location often, but recently was over charged for my food. I brought this to the attention of the manager, who rudely replied that's how the computer rings it up. Either way wether it was entered incorrectly or the computer is charging incorrectly, you just can't rip off your customers. I went through each item with the manager and how the subtotal was not the same. If your menu board says 4 dollars for a kids meal it shouldn't be 6 just because that's what the computer says. I asked for a corporate number, to which the manager gave me, but I'm pretty sure it was just her cell phone. As I was explaining the situation she was literally laughing, and no one offered a remedy. I've worked in the food industry my whole life, I've never seen a lack of commitment to customer service. Just because a computer rings things up a certain way does mean it is correct. I would have quickly refunded the overcharge if I was in this managers shoes. Simple fix, but no she just made me seem like I was dumb and wrong, because the computer can't be wrong. I wonder how much extra they make off of their customers by ripping each one off a little. Either way I will be disputing the charge, I've never been one to complain but this is beyond ridiculous. Hire someone with common sense and the ability to talk to customers. It could have been resolved easily, but instead you would rather lose customers instead of fixing issues. I will not be back to Blake's ever!! Would rather give my money to 5 guys.
I order from here right before I had to go to work for my nightshift. After giving my order I have to wait much longer than if I went somewhere else. I got my food and got to work when I opened burger I found that it had stuff I did not ask for which made me mad because I did not have time to go back and get them to fix it that night. So I call the restaurant around 7:15 to let them know and the message kept telling me that I had reached them out side of business hours which was a lie because they were open till 10. I took a picture of my receipt and the burger and the next day when I went back to that location they told me that they can't do anything unless I have the paper receipt. I found them to be very mean and told them that I would never eat there again. Worse service ever.
Came to the drive through at 8:40 pm. Ordered my usual lotta burger no cheese. Waited about 16 minutes and by 9:00pm I got home with hot fries and an awesome burger. Yo these guys are awesome.
Gone downhill just like the rest of the restaurants in this bloc. Just don’t go here. They will screw up your order. Every. Single. Time. Even when there are no other cars in the drive thru or customers in the store. Sure there is another Blake’s down the street, but it is also extremely dysfunctional and has its own set of problems, like a really chaotic phone ordering system that doesn’t actually put your order in a cue. It would be in Blake’s best interest to shut down a few locations so that they can consolidate their good employees and start rebuilding their reputation.
I didn’t get anything because we were on way out of town. It was 6:03 and the employees were looking at us through the window completely ignoring us. Wendy, opened the window and said our stuff is not ready and then proceeded to roll her eyes and close the drive through window. Thanks, Blake’s.
Online order, I got there about 10 late thinking my food would be cold, it wasn't even made yet. Then I hear and see the cooks arguing, saying that he thought the other guy made it and that guy seeing no he thought the other one made it. Instead of arguing in front of me they should've been just making it. The person I thought was probably the Manager was set and nice to me.
Ordered online, picked up food at the exact time the order stated. Fries were cold and when we asked for fresh ones, it seemed like we were perhaps bothering the girl at counter. The attitude there clearly needs some attention. I don't usually complain or write reviews but I have never had such a negative experience with workers or food at any of the other locations. I threw my whole meal away as I walked out the door.
Up until 2003 Lotaburger was delicious! Mr. Blake sold and the food went down, prices went up and they continue to go up! I hadn't eaten Lotaburger in years and thought I would give it a shot. So I go to this particular Blake's through the drive-thru and the lady that took my order was extremely rude! I pull up and the car in front of me is at the window and the same lady started arguing with that customer about their order! Wendy is her name and not only is she rude she's a manager! As if that wasn't bad enough I pulled up to the window and another manager didn't even know what I ordered he was so stoned he couldn't function! They got my order wrong overcharged me and I will never ever ever go back to that disgusting Lotaburger again! Horrible customer service! The outside of the building is disgusting too. There was a homeless man passed out right by the door with urine running down the sidewalk! Save yourself some time and money go to Whataburger! I wish they would give us the option to give zero Stars better yet - 0 Stars! Whoever is answering these reviews states that they will take steps to ensure this won't happen again, but obviously they haven't because there's nothing but complaints on the rudeness of their workers!
The location at 12345 central Ave is horrible! We did an online order, paid online, said it would be ready in 7 minutes, we had to wait in drive thru for 32 minutes, they lost the order, gave it to someone else. You can't go inside this blakes, it's locked. We called the store and it goes to a recording that says the store is closed. This was at 6pm and they don't close till 10pm. Customer service sucks, food was worse and I usually love blakes. But this one was the worst! Can't get ahold of anyone in corporate. I can't find the store Mgr name, nothing... just nothing. How sad!
The food is good here but the customer service is horrible they treated me like I was not a paying customer plus when I asked for some ketchup with my meal the workers had a attitude about giving me some plus they made me wait a good minute before I was asked if I needed something. Tonight on 8-20-19 I went to go eat a burger from here and I didn't even get to finish my meal because the staff said that they close the inside diner at 8pm but there sign says that there open untill 9pm this is very misleading the corporate office should let there customers know what time the restaurant closes inside and what time they close there drive thru plus the staff or the shift manager witch her name is Andrea Johnson didn't even greet me somebody needs to do something about this issue from the corporate office
