Ordered a chicken power bowl and only got a bunch of lettuce and rice …no chicken no black beans .

Went through drive up and the voice over speaker was friendly and thanked me for waiting. You could tell she was providing the best service possible. I appreciated that, its so rare now, but she did a very good job!Food: 5/5

For a Taco bell I'd say they aren't bad. Food always been what you should expect from taco bell. A major plus is they always have the Cinnabon balls available. One day I literally went to like 6 different TBs looking for some of those 7 months pregnant lol and everyone was put except for this location..other then the extremely narrow drive thru its a good taco bell.

They were really nice when we were asking lots of questions about the iced coffee and didnt get frustrated. The supreme crunchy tacos were super good.Food: 5/5

Living within New Mexico, Taco Bell is going to immediately become a fast food favorite or any local restaurant showcasing southwestern flavor. When we consider fast food restaurants consumers want food that tastes good, is reasonably priced, is timely and consistent with national and locally advertised products and specials. If this is what you were looking for, then this is not the Taco Bell location for you. I've been to this Taco Bell restaurant on numerous occasions throughout the years. Initially during Covid the service was great, the packaging and delivery would be considered white glove service even for fast food terms. There was a short period when you could go to this restaurant and they adhered to covid-19 regulations as well as presented your food and in an outstanding manner. Everyone wore gloves and masks. Your bag would be sealed when you received it, and the items inside would be hot and tasty. Much more they handed you your food on a serving tray. A serving tray! A sense of normalcy has become routine at this SE Central location. To be fair there is a shortage of individuals willing to work in fast food restaurants at this time. That being said, there are other fast food restaurants who are able to overcome this deficiency. Unfortunately the service here is not always consistent. On numerous occasions I have gone to this restaurant and they are not selling National advertised products Nacho Fries, Kickstart Mountain Dew beverages to make a few. As a matter of fact, they have been without Mountain Dew blast for an extended time lasting no more less than 10 months. Now we all know that that fast food is not the best for a healthy routine diet. When we do decide to take the plunge we hope our sacrifice/commitment to our cause of a tasty meal was worth it. There was a time when you would receive a cardboard supportive cradle for your Doritos Locos Tacos. The cradle allows the taco to stay whole and complete. Nobody likes cracked or broken taco! Now when you order Doritos Locos tacos at this location you do not get the cardboard supportive cradle. Little details like these are what bring customers back. Over the past year this location consistently has issues with their ordering service, cash register and/or computer. These technical difficulties have forced their consumers to go to other locations. This is such a disappointment. When thinking about the customer service, consistency and value/availability of products offered at this location, I am unable to give it the highest rating. They had like 3 employees but they all are doing amazing!! So kind and sweet despite not having enough employees and dealing with large orders.

Good was okay. Staff was friendly. Some of my "supreme" Travis didn't have sour cream, but overall it was okay.

The drive through was very fast. The crew member was very friendly knowledgeable. The food was accurate, hot and delicious. It was very good experience. I will return. The drive through has some tight turns.
