Blake's Lotaburger

Super fast and excellent service. We were passing through while moving from Texas and thought we’d try this place out. We ordered online and they got everything right on the dot and had it out fast and easy. We got the burgers and it was absolutely amazing and flavorful. The fries were to die for! Would 100% go back and recommend this place.

I paid for extra ingredients, when I got my order the burrito did not have any of the extra ingredients. I was obviously upset because I didn’t get what I ordered and when speaking to Dennis on the phone. She told me “if I didn’t change my attitude I wouldn’t get my burrito” 1. I wouldn’t have been upset if my order was RIGHT in the first place 2. I didn’t know that Blake’s had the right to deny me what I PAID FOR. As far as I am concerned that is robbery. If I knew that Blake’s lotta burger was a company that takes people money and then doesn’t deliver on what was purchased. Then I wouldn’t have gone there. To me my time is very valuable, and the fact that I have to waste my time going back so they can fix what shouldn’t have been wrong in the first place is extremely upsetting and top of that I have to deal with the attitude of the employees. I am extremely disappointed HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

I come at least every other Friday for a breakfast burrito sausage with easy red chili & I always look forward to enjoying my breakfast, but I can’t because I always end up with a bacon red or a bacon green. Never get the order that I want

Their vanilla shake was too sweet, it tasted like pure sugar I couldn't drink it. Also, there should be a rule for workers to have no nail polish or fake nails in food service here at blakes.

Was told this was a good place to stop. We figured it would still be ok when we arrived at 915pm since we seen they didn't close till 10pm. Staff would not let us use the rest room. Said it was to go only and could not eat in the lobby. Young lady taking orders was more concerned about texting and answering the phone than taking care of the group that I brought in. Very very disappointed

They always get my order wrong. It doesn't matter if I call or order online. I always order crispy hash browns but they always give me raw mushie hash browns. Or they give me the wrong burrito. There is also barely any chilli in the burritos.

Worst trip ever to any Blakes in this State. Out of town visitor from the East Coast. I told them how great it is a Llotta. We go there, and could not believe the pathetic things they called burittos. To continue I will have to swear, I am not going to. Do Not Go There.

I called to place an order and I was put on hold for ten minutes and I heard somebody asking if someone still on the phone and then they hang up on me. I was on my way to the store and I tell them what just happened and I didn’t receive an apology at least. Horrible customer service.

I give this Lotaburger 5 stars because they always make my food the way I ask and it's ALWAYS hot and tasty!! Love them, they work hard. Gonna have to start leaving tips. Only because at first you never know if they're good until you keep visiting. Everytime I go there it's always great. Thanks so much for being amazing
