Domino's Pizza

I didn’t get my order. Then proceeded to call them and ask then what happen to my order. The Manager then gives me an attitude towards me and my family from the start of the call. Then said that we got our order when we didn’t and that someone came and picked it up which was not I or my family. Then I proceeded to ask for the managers name and did not give it to me. And was out of my order. And I really wanted dominos :

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!! Beware!!!!! Burnt Pizza and Wings tasted freezer burnt as well! I called the store and the manager was rude and unapologetic! He said “If one pizza is burnt then all of them should be, we run them on a timed belt ijs!” EXCUSE ME SIR? You can run it on a timed belt all you want doesn’t mean you will take it out on time! Hence the reason it became BURNT! However, Jelani the delivery guy was SUPERB! The way he presented my order to me was truly how customer service should always be! Simply AWESOME! FOOD IS TRASH, PURE TRASH! DO NOT BOTHER!!

Not a good location. Tried to order online with a coupon. Wasn't working because there online services were down. Rather than call the number that was prompted I stopped by the store on the way home from work. Was ignored for the better part of 20 minutes before being informed that they cannot implement online orders in the store and that my order would be almost double the price of what I could get online. Asked to speak to a manager and was waiting another 10 minutes before another employee who was clearly not the manager informed me of the same shortcoming in their system. Ordered from another store and my order was immediately confirmed.

The new outsourcing of call in orders is ridiculous. Can't pay cash for pizza at this location, since you can only order through a call center or online. And today they had an online only special, but there was an issue with the system and could not get an order placed online, please call to order.

The pizza was fantastic. I have fallen in love with it. Unfortunately their employees are not very courteous or helpful, and it seems like they don't like working even though they're being paid to do.

I my local Domino's. They have always been kind, patient and understanding. My food is always right and tastes better each time which keeps me coming . Even when I had COVID my driver still delivered my pizza and left it at my door. Thank you Domino's on 12th and Menaul in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

My order was wrong and the pizza had been dropped. I called the store to get a pizza remade but the manager refused to make it right. He was rude and condescending. Then, when I requested a refund he hung up on me! Very unprofessional!

well they have people that can't hear that ask you like four times when you're placing an order on the phone and then you ask him if they have any coupons and she gives you coupons and then she says they're not available she doesn't like three times gives me like three different prices they need to get people that understand what you're trying to say and that know how to read so they don't give you the wrong things I've never been to this one on 12th Street and I don't think I would bad customer service

Hot thrown pie, medium size for me. Done in ten minutes for 13. #sausage, olive, green chile@Dominos

The gentleman who gave me my pizza @ the counter was so kind & helpful! Also the pizza was delicious!
