Bought a bunch of raspberry macadamia cookies my husband bit into cookie and thought he broke a tooth it was piece of metal there was another piece of metal in the cookie so I took a pictures I have the picture I dnt know how it could of got into cookies but this is dangerous. Especially if a foreign object being swallowed metal. .Food: 1/5

This is the worst Subway in Abq!!! Not because of the serious homeless problem, not because the serious unsafe area, not even because of the druggies that surround the store. Because the service. Sophia the one person that works there ALWAYS has an attitude. Immediately once you walk up you are an inconvenience be cause she has to do her job….. She rolls her eyes, has an attitude and slams the food. I won’t ever go back to this store. Oh also the soda machine is constantly broken. That’s because the druggies/homless go in do what they want.

I came in this afternoon ordered my sandwich was very potent and polite with the Worker I had who seemed to keep giving me a horrible dirty looks. I don’t know what the issue with this worker was but as I sat to eat I opened my wrapping to find my sandwich had been squeezed purposely and such a mess i then called for him and asks why he did that to my samdwichbhe didn’t even have a response thankfully the young lady working with him remade my sandwich . Definitely don’t recommend coming while he’s on clock.

Best Subway sandwich ever!! I didn’t get the lady’s name, but she started my sandwich perfectly. Years ago, I, like everyone else worked at Subway & she asked all the questions at once, ending with toasted or untoasted. Len was diligent, attentive, and friendly. I had half of my sandwich be pepper jack and the other American; they asked if I wanted to upgrade for extra cheese… I said no, but I appreciate the offer. He also asked if I wanted it wrapped separately; labeled.. wasn’t necessary for me but felt worth praising. I also love spinach and he, without judgement, gave me as much as my heart desired. They both were pleasant and while it was a short visit we had moments of laughter. As a business owner— I love positive reviews and as an employee I love receiving praise for a job well done. Thank you Thank you both!

Circus: The manager of the store at the front registers kept calling the Subway team who where in the back room of the store. Finally after several calls an upset over weight blonde, Chrissy if I remember correctly was mad at the world. She displayed an extremely bad attitude immediately, unviting appearance, rolling her eyes, throwing things out of her hands, making loud remarks to customers. Seeing this behavior we immediately left without hesitation causing her to outburst to say "Thank God" as we quietly removed ourselves from this harassing enviroment. We didn't order food from this place and will NEVER return. Same on management who allows such destructive behaviors. This Subway doesn't exist to us anymore.

What happened to Subway's toasted bread? They changed it when they changed their menu line up last year, and now it seems more like microwaved bread instead of toasted... Everything else is good.Food: 3/5

The ineptitude of the employee that made my protein bowls at 1pm August 12 is STUNNING, to say the least. I sent my mom down there with very simple instructions. I wanted a single protien bowl with 2 extra foot long portions of meat, 3 portions total. The employee argued with her and ended up stressing her out so much that she just let them make 3 separate protien bowls that she was then charged for individually. This is unacceptable. How hard is it to make one protien bowl with extra meat on it????? I also asked for them to be mixed together instead of putting the meat and sauce on top like they normally do, and the employee refused. So now I have 3 different protien bowls with a ton of extra sauce and calories that I didn't want and that I paid 35 dollars for. I would suggest management find a new employees because the one that my mother dealt with lacks intelligence, customer service skills, and manners.

I ordered a veggie delight with herb oil amd vinegar, and they hooked me up. I had that oil going down my arm, and it and so many red onions. Great experience. 10/10. Would order again. Best subway in town. I say this and i don't work there.

This is by far the best Subway in the US hands down. Seriously the service is superior and even with a super long line they made our sandwiches with care and made us feel important. Thank you Subway team for making our road trip a little brighter. Oklahoma to California.
