I've been going to the salon for years and seeing Patricia religiously for more than 3 years. I always experience great service and leave with my nails looking gorgeous. Any time I have had an issue between appointments like a broken nail or chipped polish the team at Bliss fit me in for a repair. 10 out of 10 would always recommend.
Had a good experience while at the salon, but the top coat on my gel manicure became cloudy/milky within two days of having it done. Not happy considering it’s supposed to last 2 weeks and looks bad now.
I did my nails and feet, the staff are nice. But work is so so. I asked for colors with coffee cream colors, but they gave me two different colors and said bc it was gel. I have done nails in the past, even tho if it was gel, the color can’t be this different. I was a little bit disappointed.
This was my first time going to Bliss Nails. I was a few minutes late due to traffic, and the lady doing my nails made it clear she was in a rush. She would only let me pick out my color while she cut me multiple times trying to get the past dip nail polish off rapidly. She did not even take off a good amount of the past dip causing my nails to be very risen. Although she was rushing I was still there from 5:15-6:30pm. I politely asked to fix my nails 3 times and yet they still were not done well. She either completely missed sections of my nail or completely over did the dip causing my nails to be cemented to my finger tips. When checking out the gentleman asked if I liked my nails and I said no I do not, he said let me have someone fix them for you and I said no thank you for caring but I would just like to get out of here and not embarrass the lady that did them. I did mentioned it was the worst I’ve ever seen my nails done. He still charged me $50 for them but took pictures and agreed they “looked weird”. I still tipped however mentioned that I will never be going back there. See pictures attached.Service: Manicure
Had a great pedi experience until I was assigned a rookie nail tech who sliced my finger and attempted to finish the “job” while my finger was bleeding profusely. “Management” was rude and barely apologetic and had the nerve to demand pay for poor service when I decided not to continue with this tech. Def sensed some discrimination there. Not to mention if you show discontent, they have the unmitigated gaul to be rude and pretend like you should just take their sloppy unprofessional service. Waste of time and money. First and last time for me!
If I could give 0 stars I would I was in for a gel pedicure on Tuesday Nov 15th. My nail tech drilled off part of one toenail and left it partially intact thinking I wouldn’t notice. Then acted surprised when I pointed it out. She then cut me twice, second time causing me to bleed so bad. She insisted on cleaning off the blood and still painting my nails. She was hurting me to the point that I tried to clean the blood off myself and wasn’t successful. I was in so much pain and was still bleeding that I decided it wasn’t safe for me to finish the pedicure and I was super worried about infection. I asked for a band aid which they were unable to provide. Kind of concerning that there isn’t a first aid kit in the nail salon. Upon checkout I asked if there was something that could be done to compensate me for the horrible experience. The lady at the desk told me she would charge me for a regular pedicure instead of a gel pedicure because I didn’t make it to the polish part. I didn’t feel like arguing my foot was in too much pain that I bit my tongue and paid when I shouldn’t have paid a penny for that experience. This cut was so bad I was having to do wound care on it for over a week. I eventually said to myself this is ridiculous, I need to be compensated for this. It’s been over a week and I still can’t wear certain shoes, my toe is extremely sensitive. I have called FOUR times asking for the manager. First time was Nov 20th. I was told I would receive a call on Monday Nov 21st. That didn’t happen so I called on Nov 21st to follow up and was told that the manager is hard to get in touch with. So I called again on Nov 23 asking for the manager again. My number was taken down and I was told I would receive a phone call that same day. I never did. Every single person I spoke to gave me a different answer, one told me the manager is only in on the weekends. Something like this shouldn’t have to be pushed off until the weekend. You should be able to reach the manager, ESPECIALLY in situations like this. Poor management if you ask me! That being said, I called again Nov 26th. Spoke to someone I have already spoken with who said he spoke with the manager but didn’t say what she said???? He said he would call the manager again. I haven’t heard anything back yet. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I figured this would get handled professionally and appropriately because it’s bad business to get a review like this. I would’ve thought customer service and maintaining a good image was important. I guess not. I guess I’m just one in a million customers and my experience here did not matter. I tried the nice approach hoping it would get me further than being mean but I guess not. I’ve learned my lesson. Won’t ever be coming back here! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I went yesterday for the 1st time for a pedicure and it was amazing! The massage was so relaxing. She made sure everything was correct when it came down to the color pattern I asked for. Needless to say I had a great experience and will be returning very soon! Thank you all so much :
New favorite spot for pedicures! They were able to accommodate a last-min appointment for my husband and myself, and we are already planning our next visit. The private suites are exactly what we needed to relax after a long weekend. Cannot recommend enough!!
I have been going to this salon for 5plus years received amazing service from Patricia and the owner. Today I had an appointment to do pedicure and manicure with design after several discussion for 10 min the technician and the receptionist said they will not be able to do it despite of me explaining I have done it in past and I have mentioned it in my appointment . They said they will not be able to do it and asked me to leave . When I said o want to talk to the owner she said “I am the receiptionist I can make that decision and if you don’t leave I will call the police and she called the police” . I am surprised with this behavior as has been going to this salon for so many years. I hope the owner sees this and calls me . I have full proof of this incident. Also, there was another lady just before me who came with her daughter and she wanted design and they said yes to her and denied my service despite of my appointment. When I said that would be discriminatory the receptionist said it upto her will to accept or deny service and the cop said the same . Both were white .. interesting similarity ..
