Massage Envy - Medford

Really disappointed in this whole experience. My massage got cut 15 mins short, therapist was very annoyed to be there and just made whole experience weird. Don’t pay for any add ons because it’s totally not worth it. Way overpriced in terms of quality and customer service. I requested to speak with someone and it’s been days after and still no response. I can guarantee I won’t ever be back to this location.

I went to this location because Helen was the only masseuse around who did all pressures. I had a gift card I left at home, the lady at the front informed me that Helen said I could go get the GC but she’d take 10 mins off my massage. I had a tough week and wanted my full 60 minutes so I told her I’ll just come back another time to use the GC. My massage was only 45 minutes - 15 minutes short and I was extremely disappointed with unprofessional of Helen for not timing the massage correctly. As a paying customer, that’s seems very illegal, unacceptable, and unethical to have someone work there not give someone there full time they pay for. There should be a time clock in the room started when they start the massage like every other place I’ve been too. I expected more from a corporate establishment and now I have I GC and don’t even want to go back there!

Elements massage Belmont is a great alternative to this very low quality clinic as is the case in many badly managed massage envy franchises neglected by its owners for it now staffs ORESLY JOSEPH“Joe” as one of its newest healers Joe was taken of the schedule since before last Christmas by sketchy current management team of saugus and Medford envy lead by Maria Bono for no other reason but simple to practice her false sense of authority over others But may her god bless her and continue to heal her

I purchased a gift card for my father during the holidays. His appointment was today and he was not satisfied with the experience. He scheduled a stretch and they gave him a massage. Once I purchased the gift card they told me the cost and once I knew I added 20 % extra to cover gratuity. Because he had the gift card he didn’t bring his wallet because I told him everything was covered. He needed to come back home and pay the difference. He was extremely disappointed and does not ever want to return. He doesn’t enjoy the way they run the business. He believes they are dishonest. Do not go here

I showed up on time to my scheduled massage, that I had to book weeks in advance, and was informed that my massage therapist was running "a few minutes behind". I waited over 20 minutes and she still wasn't there. When I went to consult with the front desk they didn't have any updates to provide me and I had to leave since I had another appointment after that I wouldn't make if I waited any longer. There is a big difference between a few minutes and over 20 minutes if she ever even showed up, I would have appreciated an honest estimate. I attempted to reach out to the manager/office a week ago and still haven't heard back, if the roles were reversed I would have been charged for missing my appointment.

The massage therapist was 30 minutes late, professionalism and punctuality is not reflected best at this location.

I’ve been a member since 2014 and Helen K is hands down the best massage therapist there for firm/deep pressure. She is very professional, knowledgeable and educates you on what she’s finding and the technique she uses. She knows exactly where to target to release tension from more than one area not just the one knot. I booked her 3 months out now because she’s always fully booked! Overall this location is good. Mostly always responsive to calls, they’re on time, clean, communicative, respectful, and professional. My only wish for this location is that they had more firm/deep therapists available. My biggest dislike of massage envy in general is that the prices have increased over the years with no notification to members from $50 to $55 then $65 since 2014.

This is my favorite massage envy. The location is well maintained and the services are always enjoyable. Trey is the best facialist I’ve ever had, she always takes her time during the consultation and goes above and beyond throughout the service to ensure the highest level of relaxation.

Had a lovely facial with Arlene. It was gentle and relaxing, which was what I was looking for. I think I may come again in the winter to help keep my skin this hydrated as it is after the service!
