AMAZING!!! The vegan roll selection is the BEST I've ever had! The rolls were creative and absolutely delicious!!! I wish I lived closer so I could treat myself every week. This is a must stop for any vegan! Props to the chef, the staff, and the Flagship Restaurant Group for a truly divine dining experience!!! Thank you!!!
Loved it here. Food looked and tasted great. The place was decorated well. It was clean and cozy. It was a bit chilly though. The service was very good. Friendly.
My company used this restaurant for a holiday party location and Blue Sushi did not disappoint. I've dined here on my own as well. Great atmosphere with a modern setting. The Tuna Tower was excellent and surprisingly filling. The sake selection is nice. The low couch-style seating is a fun alternative to a table setting. I recommend this place if you're looking for a quality sushi restaurant.
We all chipped in as a team and picked up a huge order for lunch. Blue did a great job keeping all the custom orders straight. Everything was perfect and on time too. I got the hotel cali roll, which is great! And the sweet chili dipping sauce just makes it better.
Got the crunchy blue and crunchy LA. Server was very polite and attentive. Service was just quick and simple which is great! Enjoyed the food like always. We went on Saturday around 430 during happy hour and there was plenty of seats.
Best fresh seafood around town! Took my friend here to cheer her up. Found parking pretty easily. We waited about 30-minutes on a Friday night. Ordered a three course meal and everything beginning to end was timed perfectly. Ceviche and Itchy seabass for appetizers. Miso soup and creamy coconut crab soup was dreamy! Ordered Tidal wave, Rainbow roll, Blue roll and Crunchy L.A. ... Left so full and satisfied. Not to mention the crab soup and blue roll were free!

Ordered the miso soup and Philadelphia Roll, Soup was $5.75 and the roll was $13. As far as roll quality, it was very fresh. Flavor was lacking in comparison to other Philadelphia Rolls from Sushi places across the US . Had the right ratio of rice to ingredients. The soup was also good.
Visiting from Utah, and this was very delishious. Their tuna is super flavorful and fresh. I got the San Marcos Maki with Maguro Nigiri. And both were amazing. I really appreciated how diligent the waiter was to ask for more sushi before the bill and the end of Happy Hour. Vegetarian options: They have their own vegetarian menu area with meat substitutes.
We LOVE blue. They have fantastic cocktails and dishes besides their excellent sushi. I highly recommend their happy hour as well. Blue is a MUST eat if you like Asian cuisine.
