I would "NEVER" recommend!! HORRIBLE customer service by TIM!!!. He originally quoted a price that ended up being 50% more. Had the boat 6 months, the only time we would hear from him, was if we called him. Tim was very RUDE when I questioned the final bill. He also said he would not accept a charge card from us even though he had accepted it in the past. When I asked to speak to a manager or the owners, he said he was it!! Then, he had the nerve to say he would charge a $25.00 per day storage fee and 23% interest if we didn't get our boat!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

I can’t begin to give a review good enough for the service I have gotten from the entire staff at Blue Water Marine. I had found my dads pontoon boat last fall that he had customized in 1984, he passed away in 1985 and the boat was left to basically deteriorate. I called a few places from recommendations trying to find someone to restore it to how our family remembered it to be, but had no luck. Until, I was told about Blue Water Marine. They have completely remodeled the boat to perfection. I have had them replace the decking, carpet, rails and panels, doors fabricated, pontoon logs switched out, custom Bimini top, new motor installed, electrical work including new stereo and lights and the lettering. There is nothing they can’t do that pertains to a boat! I cannot thank them enough for the restoration of our family’s boat and memories. It is a customized boat that gets so many thumbs up when we are out on the lake. You can completely trust your boat will be done right in their shop!

A few years ago I got back into boating when I retired. Since then I have bought two boats through Blue Water Marine and have had nothing but good experiences. They stand behind their products and have gone above and beyond that on several occasions. Since I store my boat there, I've spent a lot of time on the grounds. They have been nothing but helpful answering questions and providing advice. I have had them do all my service. My experience has been that they never perform unnecessary work and have reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them for boat sales and service.

Been shopping around for a boat an they had best prices. Boat runs awsome. Staff was helpful an nice, an for someone that don't know much about boat they had good info an didn't feel like I was being ripped off thanks blue water. I recommend them for any of your boating equipment an service!!!!!!!!!

Blue Water Marine is Truly Customer Oriented...I needed 36volt Trolling Batteries and everyone was quoting two weeks; Blue Water had the batteries to me the next day. I also have read previous negative reviews and as a professional contractor dealing with the public for years....The reviews sound like people that tried to do their own work and made mistakes ...Then I guess they expected Blue Water Marine to do the work for FREE!!!! I am sure this sounds familiar to many of you folks. The real shame is that due to the Negative Feedback of their own personal errors...Others reading them will also seek elsewhere for their business. This is totally WRONG !!!! I can guarantee you from personal experience with Blue Water Marine for over Four Years two with a Pontoon Boat and the balance with my Lund Boat ... They are the best in Affordability and workmanship and never with all others that I have refereed.... have never overcharge or installed incorrect parts for the fifteen friends that I have refereed. I checked with all of them before writing this review. GET TOP QUALITY WORK FOR AN AFFORDABLE PRICE!
