Spend-A-Day Marina

We just began looking at used boats. We decided to travel to Spend A Day because of a boat we saw online. This group of folks are the definition of customer service. Monica was so nice and helpful. And even though we hadn't made a firm decision, not once did she give us the "what can we do to get this done today." Not once did we feel pressured. That is someone who will continue to get our business.

Purchased a Bennington and Superjet from here. Bought both online, and I experienced great communication. They were also very accommodating to various needs and concerns. Great Family Owned Marina!

You would think with the name Spend a Day Marina, they would focus on boats and marine products, but if you stop by you will quickly realize that what they really focus on is customer service and satisfaction. We have used Spend a Day for all our service and fuel needs over the last five years and have always been more than satisfied. We were looking for a new boat and just purchased our second boat from Spend a Day. The team went out of their way to to take care of our needs throughout the entire process, from the trade in value provided, to the patience and guidance during the order process, to the shared excitement in the delivery of our new boat. Thank you to Jim, Lanny, Monica, Josh, Greg and the rest of the team at Spend a Day, we look forward to many years of enjoyment in our new Bennington Swingback as part of the Spend a Day family.

Honestly, we simply visited the marina because we were looking for information regarding rentals for pontoon boats, so I can't speak to actually using their services. However, the young people we spoke to regarding the rental prices were very friendly and helpful; answering all of our questions; wonderful customer service. Then, for fun, we went across the street to look at the brand new speed boats...the associates were friendly to us even though it was probably pretty obvious we weren't seriously in the market for a boat. That was refreshing as some places like that won't give you the time of day unless they know you are serious shoppers. We even asked one gal about what was involved with obtaining a license to drive one of their rental boats and she was very helpful with the information. Let's just say, if we ever were in a position to purchase a boat, we would definitely return simply because of the kind way we were treated! We definitely plan on returning to rent a pontoon boat this summer and visiting the Cranberry Resort Waterfront Bar and Grill!

Disappointed with the service today. Took my boat in for an oil and filter change as well as my annual winterization. I believe this is my fourth year using their services and have been pleased in the past. This year unfortunately I am not. My battery was left connected which in the past has been disconnected as the service contract states. I am doubting if other service items were not completed. When I questioned them after I had returned home with the boat, they stated that they don't disconnect the battery yet it's still on the service contract. I paid for a service that I did not get and am questioning the integrity of the service department as to whether any other checks were skipped. I feel they don't have the customer in mind but the service tech that did not follow the service contract.
