We have stored our 34 ft motor home here for 2 years and been pleased with the service and we find the facility has good security. Any messages left are returned in a reasonable amount of time. Rules are enforced so that the facility remains organized and well maintained. Our experience has been positive. Our son moved to this area and is also storing his pop up camper there.

Terrible terrible company!!! Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced!!! Don't ever rent an rv or anything else from these guys. I too wanted to keep the business local but I will never ever deal with these guys again for anything. Do yourself a favor and take your business far far away from Alum Creek Rv and Marine.
