Blue Wave Car Wash

I have two Huskies that shed a lot, my car look like a dumpster inside. I dropped it off. When I came back I walked by my car, I didn't even recognize it was mine, that's how clean they made my car. I was very satisfied with their work. They told me it was a little extra because of all the dog hair, I even tip them it was well worth it. Nice bunch of guys. I got to meet the manager, told him how satisfied I was. I then brought my old truck in and had it run through his tunnel. It looked like I polish the truck that's how clean it came out

I took my wife's 2011 Kia Sorrento to get washed and detailed to Blue Wave Car Wash and let me tell you, i don't regret one dollar i spent getting it done! The place is clean, safe and the guys are friendly, professional and know what they are doing! The leadership there reflects on the quality of work they perform. They really do care that you leave satisfied. Dave B. Made sure i was good with everything before my car left his carwash. Keep up the good work Dave. Your doing a fantastic job in a time when professionalism/ customer care is out the window!!! BLUE WAVE CAR WASH IS EPIC (as my son would say!).

I bought the monthly pass thinking that I would be able to wash my truck whenever I came in during business hours, unfortunately they always seem to be "closed" when I go during business hours. This has discouraged me from ever buying the monthly pass again and will be using a more convient car wash in the future.

NOT a good experience. Dropped off my car at 0800 for a scheduled interior detailing. Both my confirmation email and the employee present said 2 hours. I walked by 1.5 hours later and my car was sitting in the garage, all doors open but no one working on it. I came back 2 hours later, again in the garage with no one working on it. The employee who was supposed to be working on it was chatting with someone else and I asked when my car would be ready and he said it was only 50% done. I told him that I needed it done sooner as I had plans for today and the 2 hours allotted had passed. He said come back in 30 min. I came back at 1030 and the car still wasn't done, another employee went to go help. At 1041 my car was "finished" and they wanted me to pay FULL PRICE ($95) for something that was nearly an hour late! The employee told me it was taking longer because of the dog hair but also told me they started it late because he was late getting to work due to traffic and the other detailer was not in today. Here's the thing, I dropped my car off at 0800. If no one was there to start at 0800 because they aren't showing up to work on time that should not mean I have to take more time out of my day to wait for the service. I spoke with the manager, Dave, over the phone and he was completely unhelpful. His employees were late and did a rush job (pictures attached) and I got charged full price. As you can see in the pictures the attention to detail is lacking. The back cup holder and the small compartment were not even wiped out. They didn't vacuum the trunk nor between the door and the seats. Would not recommend and would not go there again due to very poor customer service and quality of work.
