Ultra Auto Wash

I been going to this car wash for over 8 years. My car comes out great the people who work there not so great they greet you with a slip with your license plate number down and sometimes they don't even get your license plate number correctly. You build up so many points every time you go there for a free wash & interior cleaning. Just yesterday I was there getting my car washed & I had enough points for a free wash the woman who was at the register told me I should wait and get a full wash and interior cleaning. 1st of all when I go and get my car washed I have a right to choose if I have enough points for a free one.Not someone telling me what to do & the woman at the register got pissed off. 2nd I wouldn't trust anyone cleaning my interior if you have any valuables in it. I usually clean my own interior at home. 3rd one time I had someone in the very beginning of April bring my car in the automatic wash and decided to turn on and blast my ac I was not happy you don't touch anything in someone car it's not your your not paying for gas either. But overall they do a good job with your car.

Very poor Customer service. Manager, Rose extremely rude. Refused service on my Birthday because I had apparently not been a paying Customer for a while. That's no to get me back as a paying customer. She should not be a manager said she's been there 30 years-doubt it has been that long as a manager.

Car came out of the wash with soap still on it, carpet not vacuumed, barely wiped down. Seems like no one that works here actually does this job... I was charged an extra dollar for being an SUV, but it was just as dirty coming out as when it went in.... Avoid this place like herpes...

We pulled in minutes before closing and the staff was gracious and happy to serve us.
