The hours are pretty good, the staff is friendly and helpful, the place is new and clean, and it's easy to access. There's an overhang so that you don't get rained on when you're loading or unloading your vehicle too, which is very nice. It's convenient to I-293, although I recommend going around the block (Brown to W. Baker to Elm) if you want to turn left onto Queen City Ave when you leave - turning left onto Queen City from Brown is a bit difficult at times (and technically illegal). No issues with regard to accessibility as far as I noticed.

They keep cutting locks off my unit weeks b4 my default date and then when I pay them they take their lock off and leave my stuff completely unlocked. This is the second time they have done this. Default date 4/3, cut lock off beginning of march! I am outta town so every other month i send them a payment for 3 months. I always pay b4 my default date and these people are not supposed to cut off locks unless the rentor reaches default date and they take possesion. That is not the case. My unit has had the lock cut off by management 2x's and then left unlocked for anyone to steal my stuff for weeks at a time b4 they notify be that they cut my lock off (illegally) the police notified me if anything is missing I can press charges for criminal negligence. Upon speaking to the management simply wanting him to admit he had made a mistake and to replace my lock and stop cutting it off (illegally) he got angry and proceeded to threaten to throw my stuff out and evict me he then told me I was barred from the property that i pay rent on and was not allowed access to my unit unless I was moving it out. I pay $100 a month for a secure unit in a secure building and he is cutting off my locks and refusing me access.HORRIBLE BUSINESS, management could of simply admitted that they shouldn't of cut off my lock b4 default date and replaced it. But instead he wanted to make threats and all in all be a horrible person. I even told him repeatedly all I wanted was him to replace my lock and stop cutting it off and leaving my unit open. My default date was April 1st. He cut my lock off beginning of March! Don't use this place plz. As you can tell he will cut your lock off and leave your stuff unsecured for ANYONE to steal!!. He couldn't even admit his mistake and make right on it. EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT PRACTICES. THE MANAGERS NAME IS BILL. I have filed a report with the better business bureau. And I'm contemplating reaching out to a lawyer to make them refund my $ seeing as they breached contract and not only did not secure my property, but made it accessible to theives.

Very clean, convenient, climate controlled. The staff is super friendly and helpful. You can pay by automatic deduction. Good hours except Sundays.

Very nice for a storage facility but way to expensive. Does not have 24 7 access. 69 dollars per month for a 5 x 5 and they do not accept cash.
