Extra Space Storage

The staff at Extra Space were wonderful to work with. They were very friendly and personable. The process took a few minutes and was easy. I would not hesitate to use Extra Space for any future storage needs. Customer service was A+. During my rental period my credit card information changed and I forgot to notify Extra Space. They made several attempts to contact me (I was out of town) to notify me that my card was not going through. I was thankful for their diligence and for the 5 day grace period. I gave them my new information and all was well in just a matter of minutes.

Awesome experience today! Owners were most helpful in guiding me through signing a remote lease for a unit in another city. Their positive energy and professional demeanor will make my out of state move way less stressful. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to store my belongings for over 2 years. The staff were always very helpful. The proximity of the facility to the highway was a real plus. The units were always accessible even in snowy conditions. I highly recommend this facility.

Ross ( at the Merrimack, NH location) was very thorough in explaining all the details of the contract. The entire process went very smoothly. As repeat customers we have always had great service....we are "happy campers"!
