The staff tool great care of our pet dog. They checked us in quickly, answered our questions easily, and kept us updated throughout the process. We've gone here several times and receive similar attentive and friendly service. We trust bringing our dogs here for emergencies as each of our three dogs has receive quality care, healed well, and had good outcomes long-term. Their location is convenient and provide ample seating with water and joy beverage bar.

Nice and helpful staff. Brought my dog to them because he had a seizure. They told me what my dog was experiencing and how helpful or unhelpful they could be. They were very honest about what they could do for him. And they didn't talk to me like I was an idiot or an over-reactive pet mom. I really appreciated them explaining in detail what my dog was experiencing what I could do in the event if it happened again. All this advice and they didn't even charge me for it. A plus, the location is easy to get to and the place was very clean.

Came in last Friday in hopes they could find what was wrong with my Dachshund after his health quickly declined from receiving vaccines on Monday. The staff is welcoming and check us in within 20 minutes. Dr. Brown was very compassionate towards us as she broke down her intial check up, what could be causing our dog to be sick, and options for treatment. You will not regret coming to BluePearl. Very grateful to have such an incredible team of doctors working near my home.

The staff here are wonderful but I was a little upset that I took my cat here for an abscess tooth in the middle of the night and finding that they don't even have a license to do the dental extraction that was needed and had to wait two more days to see my regular vet do to it falling on a holiday weekend. Like I said the staff was wonderful but I wish they would have been more upfront about not being able to do the dental work before charging me the steep emergency visit fee because I would have maybe looked for a different emergency vet.

Dr Payne is amazing! I can't describe how caring the staff here is. I had visited other vets prior to coming to this one, and they all seemed to be in it for the money. This veterinary is so genuine. My dog has had surgery there and the care, cost, and attention are unmatchable... seriously. Dont hesitate coming here.
