This place is such a hidden gem!
It is such a special place, one of those rare restaurants that combines great food, and fantastic service with that dim, romantic atmosphere that just makes the dining experience memorable.
Little details, such as soft, live music, and reading glasses thoughtfully placed in little containers on the table (how cool is that!!) add to the realization that this is not your average restaurant.
This is the place you go to celebrate a special occasion, or just go when you want a quiet, lovely dinner , after a hard day.
Prices can be a tad steep on some items, but overall we found them fair, and have never gotten a dish we didn't like (so far).
The place is tucked away in a small shopping center, so you kind of have to look for it, but it is so worth it.

The Bluestone is tucked in the corner of a strip mall but don't underestimate the food. It is exquisite. The owner previously sourced proteins (beef, lamb, chicken, fish...) for high-end restaurants all over the U.S. He knows where to get the good stuff and he KNOWS how to prepare it. It's pricey, but there's good reason for it. There is live music each night as well. The bar tender is extremely knowledgeable of different wines, whiskeys... Give Bluestone a try.

So the customer service was a ten, but the food was sub par. It was cold. It was aged steak and it had very little flavoring. The vegetables were bland. It took an hour for the food to come out and when it did, we weren't wowed at all. The presentation was nice. The atmosphere was nice. They have a guy singing tunes. It is dark inside of the place, a nice evening setting. But I won't return because the food was mehhhh! For the price that is paid, it should taste worth the cost and it wasn't.
