I have been a nail client since Blume first opened. For the last year I’d been considering having Melba micro blade my eyebrows, but after a bad experience somewhere else I was very hesitant. I finally gave in a little over a month ago, and just went in for my touch up (the final step in the process). All I can say is THANK YOU!! My eyebrows are back and they’re fabulous! There was no pain, and I was so I relaxed I actually fell asleep 🤷🏻‍♀️ Y’all... Melba is worth every penny! #melbafixedme (I shared a picture from 1 week post touch up. No makeup on the brows!)

I have been at Blume a few times for a pedi and each experience was wonderful. Today I went to have a full set of nails with the ombre technique done. The technique was done beautifully but shaping of the nails left much to be desired for, my nails were wavy. When I asked the lady to fix it she got extremely upset with me telling me she's been busy with me for 3 hours, in actual fact I was there for 1 hour 15 mins. She got so upset with me that she told me must never go back! I asked for the owner details and she said if I have any complaints I can speak to her and wouldn't give me the details. I'm beyond shocked at how I was treated!

Love the atmosphere and the staff. Cleanest salon I have ever been to. Love that you can communicate with each member of the staff. Littlr pricey but seems worth it.
