I've been patiently waiting this week, to see if they were going to reach out to me - per our conversation, on LAST SATURDAY. She apologized, for her MISTAKES, but has yet to try to rectify this matter. Twice, I've been disappointed, at no fault of my own, and now disappointed not to have heard from her. I've done everything, as she asked. This has spread out far TOO LONG - since January. I'm trying not to have contact Groupons & Living Social pertaining to this matter, because of my understanding being an up & coming business. I understand and respect we all have lives, careers, dreams, goals, but when making a commitment - to a mass explosion of business such as Groupons & Living Social, it's a GREAT RESPONSIBILITY. $125 is not a small amount of money to lose! Very Offended, Disappointed, and Hurt!

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Would not recommend ANYONE to come here! I went to micro blade my eyebrows. While in there for the procedure the numbing cream stopped working as she continued to "TRY" to make my eye brows better- I WAS IN PAIN!  Then the outcome- Oh My- I haven't even wanted to come into work, I'm embarrassed. My eye brows look like someone drew on them with an ink pen and missed some spots. I just want to cry and she denied my refund, which really makes me angry bc i have to pay someone to fix what she did! So So Sad! Ladies it's your face, Please take this review into thought and research- obviously better than i did! :(

Today I went to visit Jezrell and she was very knowledgeable and her service was fantastic. She made me feel very comfortable and she was also very professional. Thanks hun.

I loved my first experience at The Beauty Exhale!! Jezrell is amazing and talked me through the whole process of my Brazilian wax! I 10/10 recommend coming to The Beauty Exhale!!
