Too darn slow. Every time I’ve had a hair appointment I’ve had to wait 30 mins, but I’ve always been happy with my hair. If I ever wanted to buy something the sales clerk has to give a 15 min routine about the rewards program and pays no attention to the line waiting. They keep pushing and the lines continue to form. I’ve seen other associates walk by and not even bother to jump in and help reduce the line forming. You can never get in/out in a hurry. I see why Amazon is winning. You need to have time on your hands at this store because the associates are not considerate of yours.

Amber, the brow expert at The Benefit Brow Counter, is AMAZING! She’s so friendly and does a great job on my brows. The brow wax is on the higher price end, but honestly the best brow service I’ve ever gotten. She makes going to the store worthwhile. The rest of the store is fine (I’d give this whole review a 2 if it werent for Amber being so great), but the store is always out of products. It’s really frustrating. The Ulta brand in particular is always poorly stocked.

Very slow service. Took 15 minutes to check out. Hard to find sales associate to help find product. Store is well organized.

Upon shopping at Ulta, my husband was followed by a security guard in the fragrance department. The entire time other shoppers visited the area and was not harassed. This security guard only stayed around my husband while trying to shop.Upon us leaving we passed in front and seen she decided to move around the ,but not until my husbands exit.This was his first and LAST time entering Ulta due to this incident. I have left a comment for their corporate office to contact me and I will follow up with a call to the manager in the morning.
