Great place to do business! I made an appointment to see a car I had liked for Saturday. I was greeted at the door by a nice receptionist forgot her name and was walked to my salesman. I had the pleasure of doing business with Steeve Eveillard. He already had the car pulled up front ready to go. Unfortunately i wasnt able to test drive the car because it was considered a specialty plus the roads were still slick but he gave me a full tutorial. He wasn't pushy and trying to see if I was interested in other cars because i made it clear that I specifically wanted that car and that I already had my own financing. We walked back inside and drew up the bill of sale. Today Monday i came to get the car and being that i was 45 mins away, it was ready when i had arrived. Although i didnt spend much time with the finance dept, everyone was pretty cool and welcoming. I highly recommend Steeve and this dealership in general if you want a great customer service experience. Thanks again for the smooth transaction!

I recently purchased my vehicle and had the pleasure of working with Bobby and Jacob. I called first thing in the morning to check on the availability of a vehicle and Bobby held the vehicle until I was able to arrive. Once I was there, the process was smooth. Jacob walked me through all the features of the vehicle. While I was there waiting on final paperwork, the hospitality of Bobby and Jacob was top notch. Both Bobby and Jacob exceeded expectations of what good customer service looks like. I will recommend both of them to anyone looking for a new BMW and I will gladly work with them again in the future when I look to purchase my next vehicle.

Yacine B was my sales advisor and went above and beyond in regards to expectations. I currently live in Florida and reached out for an inquiry on an 08 M3 that was on their lot that was priced well. Yacine was more than accommodating with sending me pictures, videos, and more information about the vehicle. Kept me updated in terms of making a deal and focusing on details that many other advisors may overlook- such as any flaw that is noticeable and any issues when driving the vehicle. Since he knew I was coming from out of state he assured me he will provide as much detail as if he were buying the car himself. He did not want to have me travel all this way if I was at all hesitant. Finally we worked out a number and I told him I would like to come in person to drive it and if everything checks out we have a deal. I arrived to the dealership today and saw Yacine, at this point we have been conversing in regards to the vehicle for over a week so it was nice to finally put a face to the name. We take out the car for a long test drive, and everything was exactly as he described. Unfortunately I had some issues with my finance lender, but Wilson finance manager was able to find alternative options so that I am able to drive the car back that day. I am truly grateful for Yacine and Wilson, and now the proud owner of a car I had always dreamed of. Thank you to you and your team for getting me to that goal!

Bought a used, non-BMW within the last couple days. Nothing but good things to say about the entire team throughout the process. I was coming up from about 2 hours away, called ahead of time and spoke with Angel Santiago. He was respectful and understanding of the time it was going to take me and answered all my questions on the phone before I committed to the drive. After I arrived, everything was as we discussed on the phone - no games or surprises. For the finance side, I worked with Monah Ghazal - I only have great things to say about her as well. She explained the value and benefits of various additional products available, but there was no high pressure sales tactics or any kind of nonsense or games from her. I also want to positively recognize the wonderful lady at the front desk whose name sadly escapes me. She was constantly checking to make sure I didn't need anything, and seemed to have a permanent smile on her face. The car itself was exactly as described and was perfectly represented by the dealer's photos. Everything was impeccably clean - an actual detail clean. Having looked a number of other vehicles lately that were dirty or had straight up trash in them, this was a wonderful change. Came back the following day to pick up the car to bring home and I believe it had been touched up again, and Angel made sure to top off the gas tank. Even considering my drive time, I would absolutely buy another car from BMW of Bloomfield and will almost definitely start my search with them.

We have leased BMW’s in the past, but decided to buy out our current X3 lease. I am appalled by the service experience my husband recently had at this location. About 2 weeks ago, he went in for a routine oil change visit and was told he needed new front brakes. The cost for brake pads, rotors, and sensors was quoted as $1100. When he went in a few days ago for an unrelated warrantied part repair, he was told they could replace the front brake pads, rotors, and sensors for $700 under the 3 year Ultimate Care Plus BMW plan. My husband checked with me as I was paying for it and I approved the transaction. When I checked the paperwork, they only replaced the brake pads and sensors, not the rotors as they had mentioned they would. All of a sudden, the rotors were fine according to the paperwork. This was very upsetting to me being scammed by a supposedly reputable car dealership for a luxury car. They tried to make up lies that the rotors were resurfaced which was mentioned nowhere in the paperwork, but ultimately did replace them.
