I thought It'd be of great help to acquaint anyone lucky enough to come across these guys that Pristine Auto Group is the dealership you've been looking for. I gave this dealership a rating of 5 stars for several reasons, first and foremost the auto sales lady Katherine was highly professional as well as understanding which made buying my Mercedes c300 a very smooth process from beginning to end. Secondly, they have a wide selection of vehicles that are in excellent condition to choose from for their customers and compared to other local dealerships these guys by far offered the best sales representatives whom you could tell were very knowledgeable as well as experienced in the auto sales industry. Furthermore, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy, no last-minute price change surprises, as well as attentive to customer's needs dealership.

This place was very unprofessional and it's doing fraud! I've set up an appointment with them to bring the car to mechanic to ensure everything is working properly.. the day of the appointment came and I was on time, even contacted them before going to mechanic they said everything was according to schedule. Upon arriving I am waiting and call to see why they aren't coming the lady tells me that the sales representatives are busy and that if we can reschedule for another time after 4 days on being told it was a go. The mechanic was nearby the dealer so I decided to drive there to see what is going, upon arriving all of the sales representatives are sitting down not with clients and even the lady I spoke to on the phone whom assured everyone was busy was sitting down doing nothing. THEY HAD THE CAR OPEN WITH THEIR MECHANIC TRYING TO FIX IT SO WHEN THEY BROUGHT IT TO MY MECHANIC IT WOULD PASS. NEVER WAS I TOLD THERE WAS ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR. On top I gave a deposit as I was committed to getting the car and once I saw everything and all of the funny things they were doing I told the lady I just wanted to cancel, she stated ok but you will loose the deposit! Did not care I caught them trying to fix up a car last minute to pass an inspection that they previously assured me it was good to buy... for sure doing fraud and scamming their customer, I was lied to and very disgusted with the way they do business please DO NOT GO HERE!!

I flew in from out of state 1700 miles away to purchase a truck from them because of how good of prices they have. Being an out of state sale I had my reservations, but Sal and Jori were awesome. They allowed me to put down a deposit to hold the vehicle, they took multiple pictures of the vehicle and the parts that I requested, as well as answering all questions that I had. The whole transaction was painless even with problems on the side of my bank because the dealership worked with me until we got it all figured out. They never left me hanging. Friendly and professional staff. Would recommend.

Every car on this lot has problems. I REPEAT EVERY SINGLE CAR ON THIS LOT HAS PROBLEMS. They don't fix up the cars before they place them for sell. To make matters worst they are driving the cars they are selling that had problems making more issues. They don't plan on fixing any of the cars but will sell you a warranty with the car then get them to pay for the repairs but here's the hay that broke the camel back your still gonna be responsible for some of that repair cost cause the warranty don't cover the full price of the repair. The same amount they asking for a down payment I promise you can put that down at another dealership and get approved. This isn't the only dealership with West Lake, Credit Acceptance or Western Funding. Oh these are the only banks they use don't let them tell you otherwise cause they'll be lying. Don't get me wrong there's cool people that work here but at the end of the day they have a job to do and it's to sell you a car that needs repairs for the highest amount possible and with a crazy down payment. After reading this if you still shop here and have issues there's no one to blame but yourself. Also don't ever leave a deposit.

Unfortunately was not able to make a deal today but I have to say that Maria was very accommodating, really fast response, great communication. Good overall experience!

I bought a 2007 Black Hummer 3 standard shift. I love it!! The professionalism from all at Pristine auto is “off the chart” . I had a great experience AAA+++++++

Nice people but bad cars. Paid 21k for my car and had to spend another 2k fixing it. The rotors were falling apart all four corners, axles were ripped off. Front tires had bubbles. They might of been blind when they did the thousand check points that they say because man I had to do work on this car. This is aside from the check engine light that came on for an electrical issue after a month. Which I fixed myself with the bmw system. It was not the abs module btw it was the front grille actuator that had a short circuit, I didnt spend more than 100$ for this actuator. For which I was freaking out because i had to bring it to the DMV for inspection. Tell your mechanic it wasn’t the abs module. And just to spice things up, the car was stolen in ny and recovered, but since ny doesn’t make the titles salvage when this happens the title was clean, and also to finish this up the car was rear ended and this was not disclosed to me at the time of sale. Oh and also gave me a second key that was not for my car. All this might sound annoying but everything is in fact true. Now after 3k approximately I have the car running smooth and strong. But my advice to the people out there is ask for a car fax report or even better copy the vin # and run a car fax on your own. Do not trust what they tell you they are only trying to sell their vehicles to you and if they don’t run the day after I guarantee you that they will definitely turn their back to you.
