Stunning! I had amazing experience at Silver Star auto group. I bought there BMW and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Bob was very helpful. He told me lots interesting and useful things about me car. Delivery service was also very good. My car arrived in time and its condition even better than it was described on website. Very happy with it.

It could be better. I didn’t like customer service. And I didn’t enjoy my car buying experience. I made an offer in the morning and I was waiting for response within one day! Finally I called them, and since then all came faster. I got good monthly payment, and my vehicle was delivered almost on time. Car has good enough condition but on the website it looked better.

The dealership offered a reasonable price and was cooperative in paying for the repairs needed after purchase. My husband and I bought a used 2017 Honda CRV which needed new airbags, driver's seat belt, and AC connector. The vehicle was involved in a previous accident. Everything was taken care of within weeks at our local Honda dealership, which kept in contact with Silver Star. Thanks for the great customer service.

It started off a little rough with contacting Sales-but it ended up smoothly! I worked with Tom-he gave me his own personal cellphone number and we stayed in touch with one another until the deal was finalized! Tom is very funny and great at what he does! He’s hard to get a hold to at times,But that’s what happens when your a Great Sales person! Thank you Tom!!

Got ripped off. Company gave my husband a car gave him fake warranty, He cant get his plates and the car shut down on him about a month after not driving or anything. They close their office and is no where to be found now he is stuck with a car that he cant drive and the dealer no where to be found.

Gary the salesman was nice. I called to say I was coming and he had the car started for me which I thought was nice. Had steep fees attached to buying a car and wouldn't budge at all on price even though we found a mechanical problem.

THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST! my fiance and i sent in our information to get a car. They ran the info and determined that we were approved. We drove from Columbus Ohio to Bloomfield New Jersey, just for them to say we are not approved. They jerked us around for 3 hours waiting for an approval, each dealer blaming it on the next guy. They asked for a deposit for the car and said they will have our approval Monday. We had to get back to ohio as we have full time jobs and are in school. They never contacted us from Monday-Wednesday. I called and asked for our deposit of $1000 back and it has been two weeks and they have yet to send it. We are filing a lawsuit NOW!!! PLEASE CHECK THEM OUT ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THEY HAVE AN F RATING. DONT GO THERE. THEY LIE AND SCAM

I called and got a detailed description and out the door price, flew in 600 miles, the car was exactly as described, transaction was complete in less than an hour, and I drove it home. Staff was friendly, and an Awesome experience.

If you dont want to be a high blood patient do not go to this dealer. I drove for 5 hours from Maryland to this dealer after the assured me the car I wanted was still available. When I got the mr thomas and shawn who I believe was the manager did not welcome me , secondly the kept me waiting until I had to insist what I'm I doing here sitting for almost an hour with no one attending to me . When I told them I drove for 5 hours it still did not move them .I past through alot in their hands no. I give u guys a negative trillion stars for your bad customer service . And please you guys should dress properly and stop smoking making the place so dirty and uncomfortable.

The worst place to leave your car, 2 day waiting for a tires change and no call back. Service is the slowest. Rather take 1 hour drive to long island.. DONT RECOMMEND THIS MERCEDEZ BENZ DEALER
