Bob Evans

Late Saturday morning, was seated right away.. 10 minutes later a waitress greeted me asking if I would like coffee. 5 minutes later, coffee arrived, no order yet. Another 10 minutes she returned for order and it wasn't busy. Restaurant was very cool. This isn't a good place to go slow service, dirty, roulette on food.

The food is good, especially for a cooked breakfast. It is a nice restaurant when you want some peace and quiet time. All the staff is friendly. Here's great proof posted on facebook my another mom My children and I had lunch at Lebanon's Bob Evans. My son wanted root beer... which was on the menu. The waitress kindly explained they didn't actually carry root beer because they are a smaller restaurant in the chain. My son was already in a cranky mood so he decided to not have anything. The waitress told her manager who quickly came to apologize. I tried to explain the restaurant was fine and we weren't angry. It was his behavior that was out of line. This did not work for the manager. She left...then came back in a few minutes in her coat. She handed him a bottle of root beer that she had clearly gone some place else to buy for him. Talk about going above and beyond!!! We wanted to make sure everyone knew a place like this existed and how appreciative we are of this experience. Thank you Bob Evans staff!

DISGUSTING.! Hailey and Samuel are servers here and when they get a “picky” customer they will put the ice cubes in their mouth, spit it into an empty glass, and fill it with the “picky” customers drink. As Sam says: “it’s better than if you spit on top of the drink because then they can see it.” Unbelievable.!! No to mention, everytime your order goes out, they are tasting it, weather it’s a French fry, bowl of soup, of pot roast. 🤢🤬🤢🤬

Quick to be seated and only 3 other customers in entire restaurant. Got our drink orders and the waitress never came back for our order!!! We sat there over 15 minutes waiting to order. Finally my husband went up to our waitress and said “excuse me” she didn’t acknowledge him another waitress did and rung up our drinks! That should have been FREE at least for our trouble!!! Very poor service!!
