Bob's Discount Furniture

I came to the store with my elderly parent ages 90 and 91. Daniel Santiago greeted us. I explained that they would need some time to look around before speaking to a salesman. He was fine with that and checked in with us a couple of times with suggestions. When they were ready to make their purchase he explained every charge and the delivery process a couple of times to be sure they understood it all. He was kind and seemed to enjoy my dad’s stories. We would recommend Bob’s and especially Daniel!

Amazing service! They were very friendly and attentive to what we wanted and needed, not to make a sale. Victor was the gentleman that helped us out, and he worked out exactly what we needed, professionally and quickly. There was a small error with our order, but they were able to contact and correct it very quickly. Highly recommend!

Nestor is absolutely AMAZING! My husband and I spent about 2 hours walking around the store looking at different options for bedroom sets, dining room sets, living room furniture, and home decor. He was extremely patient, didn’t hover over us or try to push/sell ANYTHING. He checked in on us maybe 2-3 times and that is all. We ended up purchasing a bedroom set and dining room table, and will DEFINITELY be back to furnish the rest of our home. The prices are excellent, they offer unbeatable protection plans, and are extremely upfront and honest about all policies and really want the best for you. I highly recommend Bob’s Furniture for any and all things for your home. Oh and make sure you let Nestor help you!

My girlfriend and I were in need of a couch. We went to a few stores before this one and we were unable to find something that we liked. Upon entering the store, we were helped with Taryn who was extremely helpful. We established that we had a size in mind as well as a budget. Taryn showed us around various couches. When we thought one was too soft she would take us to one that was a little firmer. After looking at several options, we finally settled on one that both my girlfriend and I were happy with. Taryn listed to our concerns, answered our questions, and guided us to what we were looking for. Definitely a great experience.

Right from the beginning we were met by this wonderful young lady. She was dressed so pretty. And I loved her shoes. Anyways she was a great help in picking out our kitchen table. Because if her we will gladly come back..
