American Freight Furniture and Mattress

I'm very happy with the couch I purchased, though, for $600 I wish the legs were made of wood and not plastic. I came here because other stores had a 3-4 week wait for furniture deliveries and I was moving within days. I was charged $80 for delivery and an extra $10 because we were on the third floor (no elevator). I gladly paid that for the convenience of next day delivery. The saleswoman and delivery men were great.

This place is the worst experience of my life. I walked in that place happy to bring home a kitchen table. I picked 3 different tables every one of them the no longer had. What's the point of having a store full of furniture that you cant give to your customers. I finally found one that had to be delivered to my home. Btw the delivery charger is expensive I'm not even going to get into that. I've been home waiting for this damn table all day they finally called and said 30 minutes they will arrive 2 hours passed and now they called me back telling me they can no longer come today is this a joke. I'm so upset with all of this since the day I purchased the damn. I no longer even want this table or want any parts with this place. Who runs this place it's so disgusting!

Went to American Freight yesterday and found the sales people Jordan and Mariah very friendly and helpful. Showed me a bed set and mattress that I was looking for at a good price. Very satisfied would tell other people about this furniture store. Great service.

Was thrown off a little but the appearence at first but went in anyways. Was greeted right away when we walked in, prices were amazing! After searching multiple places and sitting on to many couches I found the perfect one for us in the first 5 mins. We applied for the financing quick and easy then we're on our way. We decided to not pay for delivery, cause it did not allow you to include it in the financing. When we picked it up I called 25 mins before hand and they had it sitting ready for loading!

Horrible Service. Cheap Furniture. Didnt deliver on the day i requested. Plus they gave us the run around. To top it off the delivery guy came to my home at 10 at night talking about its an extra 20$ because its the 3rd fl. Never again will i buy from them. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. ITS ALL A FRAUD.
