My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture. We worked with Lisa who did a great job of listening to what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable about all of the pieces we looked at, and was happy to help us put together different furniture configurations so we could visualize the look we were going for. It didn’t take long to find beautiful, affordable furniture that fit our style. We will definitely be back, and we highly recommend Ashley Furniture store.

I just purchased a recliner from Ashley Furniture on the Berlin Turnpike and that is a fabulous store. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. I would especially recommend Lisa. She was great, friendly and very personable. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and they have a wide selection of living room, dining room and bedroom furniture! They make their own products and it's all great quality at great prices! I would recommend this store because their service is far superior than any other furniture store I've ever been to.

As soon as I walked into the Newington store, I was greeted by Jeff, the manager. His expertise was evident the moment I met him, and as we walked through the store, he never made me feel like I HAD to buy something. He then referred me to Karen who made me feel instantly comfortable. She was attentive and very knowledgeable with whatever questions I had for her. They worked with me to get me approved for the credit I needed and by the time I left I felt like family. Everyone there was really nice and happy and they looked like they truly liked working there. I would definitely recommend Karen and Jeff to anyone!!

Karen was very helpful in choosing a new bedroom set for my son. I feel we got a sophisticated bedroom set that will grow with him over time at a reasonable rate. When we need furniture in the future we will come back and discuss with Karen. Thanks!

We walked in the store, Jonathan Rome greeted us politely. We walked around the store and saw what we like, got Jonathan's attention and assured us right away. He is a truthful salesman and assisted us very nicely. Jonathan is a great salesman and didn't attach himself to us like other haggling sale reps. He let us roam the store without being bothered. Very good asset to the store and company. We are satisfied with the products we bought and service we received.
