Great experience! No pressure sales. Easy checkout. Excellent delivery experience. I love the text updates and the video links to prepare. Also love the delivery day GPS tracker. I could tell Bobs really took time to think of every aspect of the customer experience, and make it easier. This company will continue to soar if they keep it up!!

I recently moved on my own and I had found the perfect couch for me and also a little extra in the pit for an amazing price. Warren at the southington outlet was more than helpful and knowledgeable in helping me with my first time purchase! Every store needs more people like Warren, I now am comfortable to say if I need any future purchases he will be my go-to! Thank you so much!

Warren, Was very pleasant as soon as we came into the store. Warren gave advice with my dining room set and server purchase. He was very attentive and made sure I stayed within my budget but also left happy, which is important because I will definitely be back for my dresser! Bobs furniture is not only quality but is also ethical, and this is what Warren provided in my experience. Thumbs up for a great purchased and great service!

Large, well-maintained store. The fish pond was a nice touch. The manager was super helpful in finding the measurements of items. EDIT: 3 week delivery is kind of ridiculous. We didnt know this and were moving within a week and had two choices: be without for two weeks or go somewhere else. We ended up cancelling, getting a refund, and going elsewhere. We would go back and will plan accordingly.

Nice store and the salesman were very nice and helpful. However, after the sale has been made, I experienced negative vibes when seeking assistance with canceling my order prior to delivery. I am not gonna go into the details of my issues,, but if you are planning on buying furniture keep this in mind. You are buying DISCOUNT FURNITURE that's made very cheaply. Buying Goof Proof Protection is a waste of your money and I've read some eye opening reviews about the problems customers have experienced when seeking to use it. If you're in a pinch and need something nice looking and cheap until you're able to buy some quality furniture then go to Bob's. Hurry up though and buy your quality furniture because Bob's Discount furniture won't last very long and the customer service doesn't seem to be very accommodating afterwards.
