Nice store but No help. We were approached on arrival saying someone would “find” us, looked around for a good 30 minutes and were never approached again. Left with employees at front desk. They never even looked up as we left. A shame because we liked what we saw for product, probably won’t travel back to this store to be ignored again.

We ordered our bathroom vanity from here in the summer, and received a vanity with many imperfections. When we tried to contact the store, there was a very delayed response. Finally, someone responded to us via email after MANY attempts. We explained the parts which needed replacing, and they sent us the entire order again - along with a bill. We were very frustrated with their mistakes and lack of communication. Sure, the prices are better than other cabinet places in the area, but that low price comes with lower quality.

We recently move to CT and built a beautiful new home. Larry was very helpful and patient in designing the kitchen we wanted. We saved money by ordering Fabuwood and the outcome is stunning! We love it! We got everything we wanted under budget. With that money we ordered the same cabinets for our laundry room. Best thing we did! Love it!!

When my husband and I were looking for truly custom kitchen cabinets, KCO was the only place that accommodated our design. We worked with Larry and he made our design exactly what we envisioned. When one of our cabinet doors had a manufactures' defect (which was discovered after the installation), Larry reordered with no hassles. We also went back and ordered our bathroom vanity. We are very happy with our cabinets.
