CABINETS KWIK

My Fiancee and I remodeled our house last year and when it came to our kitchen we were completely exhausted. We both work in the commercial construction industry and are well aware of what it is like to meet a deadline and budget when it comes to renovation projects. We interviewed multiple contractors for our kitchen cabinets and decided to go with Joe from Cabinets Kwik because of his straight forward honesty during our interview with him. Out of all our renovations our kitchen cabinets were one of our top priorities due to the detail and craftsmanship that goes into this work. Thankfully for us we made the right decision by going with Cabinets Kwik, Joe delivered on budget and on time with all the support we needed to make this a pain free process. I would recommend Joe to anyone regardless of budget or know how in this industry. The integrity in which he conducts his business is unheard of and was extremely refreshing for us.

Terrible customer service, The owner Joe, never gets back to you, You have to wait around, I have been waiting 3 months for a quote and have never received it, He is very good at giving the run-around, you are much better to go to a more professional company, This is s waste of time Will never go back to them. If you don't mind waiting weeks for anything and have the call the owner dozens of times to get answers on where your quote is then go with them. he has absolutely no customer service skills.

This place doesn't have specific hours. A little hard to find (its in a long warehouse, where you walk in through a delivery bay). Prices are good. Cabinet orders made fairly quick and easy. The owner is 'forgetful' about letting you know your order is ready and calling you back. Everytime I called to pick up my cabinets he would say 'Im working at a site right now. I don't know when Ill be back at the business... maybe a couple hours? Ill call you then so you can pick up your cabinets'. This went on for over a week! I was starting to think I got scammed out of my money. Finally, one day he says he'll be there in 20 minutes if I want to pick my cabinets up. I told him that Im not sure if my father is home with his truck 'right now'. And he says 'well, thats when ill be there. Im a busy guy.' It ended up working out that day, but... wow! Not very professional.

The owner is a great guy and was very helpful through the whole process from designing to the end. He kept on try to help me save money while getting the cabinet design and style my wife wanted. If you are looking for cabinets then there is no need to go elsewhere, he is by far the cheapest and offers good quality cabinets.
