Horrible quality... many of the cabinets that I ordered came in damaged. After reordering them they came in damaged AGAIN. Framing not sanded on many cabinets but stained over the roughness. staples randomly placed where they should not have been. Some of the cabinets not squared off properly. Customer service not helpful. Poor poor quality. Would NEVER recommend

Very happy with the service and granite counter top. From picking out the slab, to design, pricing and installation. Cindy was very friendly and patient with us. The installers were just awesome! So efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience, and a beautiful product.

We had a wonderful experience working with Viking kitchens especially with Nicole Woodsby she was very professional she did an excellent job I couldn’t love my kitchen more her attention to detail is amazing I have had so many compliments on my kitchen since it’s been done I highly recommend them !!!!

Awesome company!! Great quality, timely, fantastic customer service. Sales person Nicole Woodsby was the best to deal with, always available, offered quality design solutions, delivered on every detail. Not to mention this company really works with your budget and offers a great product for a great value. Highly recommend.

I had an installation job done last week in west hartford ct that came out very bad. The cabinets did not fit. It took a week for the manager to call me back. He said 100% of the problems was me the customers fault although they did the measurement. They even left sawdust in the cabinets they installed. The cabinets that would not fit they charged me to get the correct replacement, Then the crown moulding above the upper cabinets would not fit they said my ceiling was not level (why did they sell me the crown moulding then in the first place )They measured the walls and ceilings before measurement how could that be my fault. Although they have a Beautifull showroom and very nice customers when something goes wrong they blame you. THey would not give me any credit for the moulding , i had to install remaining cabinets. I will not use again.
