Called and dealt with Mark about having stairs and woodwork taken care of and get an estimate. He was absolutely terrible. he never gets back to you, their price is excessive and he talked to my tenants and got involved personally with them.  Very unprofessional and overpriced. I would never call them for anything!,  I have heard many negative things about them before. Get someone else.

Did our kitchen years ago.  Requested a small update.  Price was excessive but agreed. Still waiting for installation almost 4 months later.  Salesperson very nice can't get a straight answer "factory busy". "Installers unavailable"! Paint area backed up. Go elsewhere they don't deserve your money  communication is third or fourth rate for very premium price.

Good knowledge from staff.  Communication was slow but accurate, possibly do to a great reputation.
