If I could give less than one star, I would. Called up to have one room carpeted, cheap carpet too. The people were unprofessional, rude, and terrible prices. I went to Carpet Plus and got the exact same carpet for half the price and the people there are extremely professional and courteous. Sorry Galaxy, you don't even have the service qualities to make up for your bad prices.

Harris was my sale rep. Friendly and courteous and very helpful. The price seemed very fair to me as they were my third quote. Everything happened without a hitch. Measurements agreed with mine, they had a great match in stock, the installers came when I was told and the final product is beautiful. I would definitely go here again.

We had several rooms of carpet installed at my mother’s condo on March 30, 2018 and I am beyond disappointed with the final product for upwards of $3,000. The final product is so bad, we will have to have it removed and reinstalled or replaced at our own expense. We allegedly purchased a name brand carpet (with free padding) but it is so thin I can feel the subfloor underneath, making it very uncomfortable to walk on. I called management and was told it was not worth it to reinstall. I wonder if they would take the same position if it was their home? In addition, the installers tried to remove the excess carpet without our permission. Given this observation, I question whether the installers actually installed the padding wall to wall. I purchased carpet at Lowe’s for my house at a similar price with a free install promo (around the holiday). I chose an entry level product at Lowe’s but the quality was significantly higher than Carpet Galaxy. Buyer beware - don’t make the same $3,000 mistake we made!

Thank you Spencer for an easy smooth transaction! Found my granddaughters rug, with no trouble. Very nice selection. This is my 4th remenent carpet from carpet galaxy. They have a 3 days return policy, so if you don't like you can bring back! So far I have loved the look of the rugs I picked. Buy with confidence!
