This is kind of like the TJMaxx for appliances, you never exactly sure what you're going to get when you go into the store, and sometimes the merchandise will be a little bit less than perfect. I've been here a few times to look at appliances and outdoor equipment. This is definitely a place where you can look around at your leisure, and not have anybody bother you. You will generally not be bothered unless you approach a salesperson. Prices are usually pretty good, and often times you can find something that has no visible damage, and will still have a full warranty. You can still find better deals when items are on sale at some of the box stores, but you can generally count on the pricing here to be very competitive.

Acronym for S.E.A.R.S: Service Ends After Retail Sale. 1st they screwed up my kitchen floor when they were hire to clean tile grout lines when they stained it costing $3,000 worth of damage. Now my refrigerator is on the fritz and they want me to sign a waiver that I am responsible if they damage the floor pulling the fridge out. The manager I spoke to says sign it our we will leave with ZERO care, concern or personality. I will NEVER buy anything from SEARS again! The installation techs were rude and indifferent as well.

I love going here! Scratch and dent, as well as new in box. Staff is always helpful. The prices cannot be beat. I've bought all my appliances for my house from here and saved thousands of dollars and got top of the line Kenmore Elite items.

Huge selection of refrigerators. We decided on one in 15 minutes. The trick is not to overthink it. James, the salesman, was quite knowledgeable and helpful. Will deliver and remove the old one for 81 bucks - great deal.
