Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

I'm giving this store 2 stars for poor customer service. My furniture was delivered over a week ago and during delivery their staff broke my balusters. I reached out to management to get compensated for the damage and up to today nothing has been done. After several attempts at calling management with no success, I had to pay out of pocket to fix my baluster. Now I clearly understand that the store was just after my money. I was hoping after spending all that kind of money, Raymour and Flanigan would have taken my case more serious and would have handled it with professionalism. I am very disappointed. Shame on you guys!!!

Poor experience and customer service. We bought a dining table with six chairs and an accent chair. The table was in stock but chairs were not. We were told chairs would be in stock about a week later. Five days after purchase, we received a call that the chairs were in and scheduled delivery for a week later and that we would receive a call the day before to give us our delivery window. We waited for delivery confirmation before calling ourselves an hour before closing the night before delivery only to find out we were no longer scheduled for delivery because the table (the piece that was in stock at time of purchase and being held for us) was now out of stock because they sold our table being held to someone who could take delivery before us. Their offer was to waive delivery fee but we would have to wait an additional two weeks for a new table to come in stock. We canceled our order and won't be returning.

BUYERS BEWARE! I ordered a bed frame from them on a Saturday and was told it would be delivered the following Saturday which was my move in date to my first apartment. I had already ordered a mattress and base from a different furniture store which were also scheduled to be delivered on the same day I was told the bed frame would be delivered. Four days after signing all the paperwork and giving them my money, which was also two days before my move in date, they called to tell me the bed frame would not be delivered in time because it was out of stock so my only options were to either cancel the order or wait until they had the bed in stock, which would be a month wait. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The guy I spoke to told me they don’t even have any type of procedure that would allow them to offer their customers any type of compensation for the inconvenience. Do not buy from them, they do not care about their customers.

Good quality furniture. Helpful staff. Just expect to be pounced on as soon as you walk in. This is not the kind of store you can browse around on your own. But the staff is respectful and has not pressure any time I have gone in.
