Been going to Greg’s studio since August and I love it so much! I’m petite and enjoy every work out he composes for us daily and there’s nothing crazy that I can’t handle! There’s been people going to him for years and still get surprised with the awesome and truly effective workouts he’s come up with! He’s also super knowledgeable about nutrition! I have been working out with Greg for more than three years. I no longer live in pain, my flexibility has improved, my joints stopped hurting, I lost weight, improved my posture. Greg is not only an expert on health and nutrition, he is a great person, who truly cares about each and every one of his client's well being.
I started with Greg in October 2015, as of May 2016 I am down an average of 10 pounds per month. My shirt size has gone from a 3x Tight to a lose size 16. I've lost many inches and and I've improved my over all health. Greg has guided me with nutrition, health and dieting advice. He has a vast knowledge of the science behind fitness. He reads and shares the latest relevant information about medical discoveries and shares this information without charging extra for every little gem he shares. I can't say enough good things about this extraordinary man who tailors the workouts to the individual even in group settings so you feel like he is working with only you. The group settings are friendly and encouraging and the people Greg attracts are positive people who support and learn to care about one another like family. You do not feel like this workout place is a meat market and you are not there to impress anyone. Greg is simply the best. I've trained with many trainers and I've never felt as good as I do right now. Thank you Greg.

I started going to BBG in July 2019 and it's one of the best decisions I've made for myself. A couple weeks into it and I was wondering why I hadn't started sooner. If you've been thinking about it, do it! Working out in the mornings has helped me better manage stress, improve overall confidence, sleep better and feel stronger. Greg is a great trainer and I like the group setting, everyone is supportive.

Five stars and more he deserves. Ever since I moved to Columbus in 1999 I started slowly gaining weight... In 15 years I went from 135 to 235 lbs. And I tried everything weigth watchers recommended by my doctor, low carb, low calories, I try to eat small sizes meal by myself this was the one that worked the best I tried insanity, working friout with friends, many many gym memberships wasted etc.. all those tries have the same result in common. I fell off the wagon and went back to the old bad habits.... Until November 25th. Feeling so miserable with my weight as I couldn't carry it anymore. Fed up with the body aches caused by the extra 100 lbs and all the health issues that was causing. I looked up in Google for personal trainers and Greg had great reviews. So I sent a Google message and within 15 minutes he called.. it has been the best decision I ever made. It's been 2 wonderful months I feel great. I changed body aches for muscle soreness Wich by the way is a good pain and being sad for being happy and energetic. For the first time I've found something that works that keeps me motivated and going. I am now addicted to exercise and eating healthy... I have met wonderful people made new friends. I highly highly recommend Greg. He really know what he is doing and more importantly he is not just only a personal trainer he is a friend!!!
April 12, 2016 I started training with BodyByGreg. Was it easy? No, it was a lot of hard work. Could I perform all the exercises? No, but Greg made alterations when necessary. How do I feel? In 6 weeks, I lost 3.5 pounds and a total of 7 inches. I attend BBG for body transformation! Thanks BBG.
