Mr. Bolger has guided me through the legal process and preparation of requisite documents. He has also helped me manage the emotional stress of this difficult financial situation. (2) Having always been a financially responsible adult, I intend to repay my creditors, although this is neither customary nor expected. I retained Mr. Richard Bolger to sell my condominium and was extremely impressed by the efficiency of the process. After the initial meeting there was a second visit with a review of the completed required paperwork. Thereafter, Richard outline subsequent procedural steps by himself and the paralegal/office staff. The sale of the condominium was flawless. I highly recommend Mr. Bolger for legal tasks based on his experience, ability to communicate and reasonable fees.
