They say if you drive in Northern Virginia long enough, statistically you will experience a car accident. Being accident free for 20+ years, it finally happened to me. When you find yourself in a need of counsel, you are naturally overwhelmed with all kinds of emotions. As such, I wanted the absolute best representation. Kevin Wilson was phenomenal in court and he exceeded my expectations with the outcome. Kevin came highly recommended as an excellent DUI Lawyer. Initially, the experience was very comfortable. After a couple of visits though Fred Barfield began to make flirtatious comments to me despite knowing the trauma I have suffered in the past. I tried to just ignore his efforts at coming on to me until the point he began to ask me about the last time I had sex? What kind of men I liked? What age, etc. He said my lips looked soft like I'd be a good kisser". These were TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE actions on his part. He lied and said he had caught his wife cheating on him 3 years ago and had nothing to do with her. His actions led to a sexual assault on me in the office 6 days before my court date when he actually kissed me on the lips! I would NOT recommend this office unless Fred is no longer employed there!
