I called up looking for a fitting, the guy on the phone was extremely rude, I gave him the info for what I was looking for, he rudely asked if I had looked at their catalog... which I had and didn't see the part number... he said they would look to see what they had and before I could give him my call back info he hung up on me...

They have it all!!! If they don't know you they will come across harsh very knowledgeable
