The Home Depot

We purchased several large plants today around 1pm.We let the cashier know we would bring our truck up to load the various plants. As we were loading, the older lady who works in that area was watching. Instead of offering any kind of help she mumbled loud enough under her breath that she was going to check with the cashier that we weren’t taking more than we should. Now I completely understand the situation to make sure and check that proper things are accounted for. My complaint is the way it was handled. She could have offered some assistance and asked to see a receipt. Not make us feel like we were stealing. There is a proper way to do things and this wasn’t one of them. I hope someone speaks to her about the right way.

Home Depot is a really nice improvement department that everyone know but my 5 stars go to the store in upland cuz their customers service is amazing and helpful at all times .thank you

The service was good. The parking lot is was okay. There was a little line to wait. Neighborhood was good. The price was okay. The place was clean.

Needed a cord so a visit was made. Found it quickly and used self checkout. In and out quick without hassle.

Love going to this one they have very helpful and knowledgeable employees, I haven't come across one person who wasn't trying to be helpful. Always have fair prices and love the kids crafts they would have on Saturdays.

This place is a joke. Went in at 7 to have some material pulled and put on a cart for later. They said ready by 1pm. Got there at 2. Not pulled and I was told there was no one to pull it as little orange aprons walked all around us. Customer service? What a joke

Nice and organized and friendly staff. I also love their new temperature checks systems at the entrances.

Not only is their contractor zone closed off, they don't offer any carts at entry. I ended up leaving. I'll stop by lowes on the way to the job tomorrow.

I like to go to Home Depot, every time I go I can find what I need. And not only building suplies
