I went to buy sand and base for the backyard this morning. This is the 2nd time I bought from this store. The 1st time was after I bought everything the nearby Home Depot store had. Supervisor Paul saw me when I was getting the load to cashier and he offered to help and I said no. After I checked out, he offered again and I said yes this time. He helped me load the bags. I offered US$20 tip for his service and he declined politely. I appreciate what he did and will visit the store when I need anything they have. Thank you Paul. Have a wonderful day!
This is a clean store and we'll organized. It isn't the largest Home Depot however it has just about everything the average handy man/inoman or non-binary person could need
Um typical Home Depot I guess, they always seem to have 50% of what I’m looking for. I asked a employee where the electrical department was and he wasn’t 100 percent sure maybe he was new The lady at the checkout was nice, sported a smile and engaged in a little chitchat.
My daughter and I pulled up to their pick up spots and I entered the space #. A young man and young lady came out pretty quickly. They were friendly and got my very heavy items in my daughter's Suburban. Thank you!
Not enough inventory in the outdoor lighting fixtures. Staff referred me to the website where I found very limited choices. I'm better off at Lowe's instead. So sad.
Just plain bad customer service. They don't even try to be nice. Horrible buying experience buying products on line they do not have.
My friend and I went today to this Home Depot, we were so confident that the workers were going to help us with electrical stuff we needed. We had the samples we just needed someone to help us find what we needed. The first worker seemed like he did not wanted to be there, he barely spoke to us and send us to another aisle to look for something else we needed. We got there and asked for help again. They send the oldest lady, she looked like 90 and was trying to help but her attitude was very defensive and she couldn't help us, maybe she should be greeting people at the door due to her age and I say this with respect. I asked a cashier girl to send someone else y she stated "that's all we have available now". Home depot need to step up with its workers, staff should be knowledgeable and courteous. We have to asked a customer to help us and he did! What a disappointing experience .
This Home Depot is conveniently close to the 10 fwy. It has Good garden center and knowledgeable staff. The parking lot is not set up well and will lead to difficulties entering and exiting the grounds. There's a good number of self checkout lines.
OK here's the deal, Home Depot is like a preschool. A training ground for both employees that are unskilled and entering the workforce as well as contractors that have not enough experience or business to shop from a real wholesale source. So either way, the place is full of newbs. Some are kind patient people, some are delusional with imaginary self importance and thus, rude pompous jerks. Sounds like a fun place so far? Gets even better when crowded with home owners and DIY's. Just remember it's all brought to you by Carl's Jr.
They’re so helpful and friendly. I love this Home Depot.
