I brought a diamond ring to sell at their location but went else before because offer price was to low.it was verified as a real diamond. The guy Alex who was helping me was named Alex. He said let me go to the back and check if its real. RED FLAG! My idiot self let him go to the back room. He came back and said the diamond was fake but the gold is real.who puts fake diamond with real gold? I DONT BELIEVE. It was purchased at lord and taylor. That store is a scam dont take your gold there! I took the offer of the gold because I cant prove he switched the because he took it to the back.

I was tight on gas money so I decided to sell some old gold jewelry. First impression of the place was good. They had to buzz me in so I could open the door which was strange but safe for them I guess. It looked professional and friendly, unlike the pawn shop that gave me a much lower quote. The guys weren't overly friendly but they weren't mean or rude either. I had a nice conversation with the guy while he wrote me up and seemed genuinely interested. It was nice to have great service. I highly recommend them.
