Nice shop good customer service. They have everything from rare foreign and domestic coins to old boxes of silver Washington Quarters. Want a few Indian Head pennies for the kids ? They have a giant box. Want a sharp 1 oz American Eagle in protective case? They've got it.

I was on holiday in DC and wanted to pickup some gold and Capitol Coins was close to me so I went in. It's a real hidden gem. Lots of things to see and search through and some beautiful coins both loose and graded slabs. If I go back to DC I will 100% be popping back in

This is a coin shop, period. You walk into Nelson's shop and you feel you are in 'Toy Land' as a coin collector. Nelson, the Senior Numismatist and Owner is fun to talk to and you learn so much from listening to him. I could talk to Nelson for hours. Awesome shop.
