Bone-in Barbeque

Our group a great time tonight at Bone-In BBQ. We initially made reservations, thinking there wasnt going to be a game tonight, but SURPRISE...there was. So parking was awful...I had to walk, but luckily others in my group were able to find something close. The waitress was very sweet and helpful with all of our questions. The food was excellent! Definitely will spread the word! We had chicken waffles, mac&cheese stuffed with brisket, catfish,with collards and potato salad, a rib plate, and some fried mac&cheese balls. So good!

What a great new and open minded BBQ joint. Plenty of themes and they use the location history to amplify the spooky vibes!! The food was all excellent our 4 year old killed the Nashville hot chicken skins. The greens are fresh and tasty the pickled ones are deliciously pickled. Let’s not forget the cocktails and good brew list plenty of options for more visits to come! If your looking for a fresh take on BBQ I highly recommend Bone In

Great food and atmosphere at Bone-In Barbeque!! My wife and I ordered the smokey Pulled Pork and Shredded Brisket sandwiches and the creamy Blue Cheese Slaw with the flavorful Charcuterie Board. Our amazing waitress Shelby was responsive and attentive. I ordered a River Rat beer while my wife decided to warm up with a coffee that was French Pressed at our table. What a great experience, we'll definitely be coming back!

Elevated flavor and atmosphere with a touch of home. Amazing service and food! Scott Hall is a master at his craft. You'd never know that they've only been open less than 6 months! We ordered a multitude of deliciousness that exemplified complex, innovative flavors in BBQ. Each bite revealed new flavor profile! We sat at the bar for our feast and Kevin was on point with his recommendations! Frozen Rośe w/ Fresh Cherry Puree - don't question it, just drink! Truly a hidden gem in Colombia!

First time visiting. I went before the Columbia Fireflies game on a Wednesday. It was quiet at the time. I sat at the bar because it was just me. I don't remember the bartenders name but she had red hair and glasses; very pleasant. I got the mac& cheese aracini for my appetizer. Three huge balls! It could have had a tad bit more salt in the filling but that was easily added. The pepper jam was better than I expected considering I don't care for peppers. I don't dabble in barbeque pork so I had the brisket sandwich meal. It comes with some tasty house fried dill chips. Although the sandwich comes with a sauce, I got mayonnaise on the side. The sandwich was huge! I ate maybe a quarter of it I had to get to the game too. I sipped on some rum punch type frozen drink. I took the remainder of the food to work the next day for lunch. It was even better! The brisket was still juicy and tender, yum!

Food was just ok. Looked very good but food was not seasoned very well at all. Beef brisket melted in your mouth but had no taste. The ribs were the same way.

Brisket salad was great, chicken skins too. Ribs super juicy but needs better sides. Make sure you try the blue cheese slaw. Great atmosphere

Usually don't write reviews immediately leaving a place but this burger was amazing. Checked this out for lunch and everything looked great. The special breakfast burger was great and hope it makes a full time appearance. Staff was friendly and helpful. Others in party had great meals from the BBQ plate which looked great with the Mac and cheese bacon balls to the brisket. The chicken sandwich wasnt a huge hit from what they said though. I can't wait to go back and try more offerings and take advantage of their drink selection as well.

Bone-in Barbeque has tasty food, good brews, cool events, and their staff is amazing. We like to go the first Monday of the month for Drinks, Dungeons, and Dice.

We were in Columbia unfortunately for unpleasant reasons and left hospital long enough to grab lunch and really wanted some barbecue of course not being familiar with area google closest barbeque and got Bone-In. I had pulled pork sandwich, collards, and chips. My mom got smoked chicken sandwich with slaw and chips. And I also got a bowl of jambalaya. When I tell u EVERYTHING was AMAZING I'm not joking it ALL was!
