Books-A-Million

Books a million has been one of my favorite bookstores throughout the years. The service is always great. The environment is very inviting for book lovers. I always find great deals for me and my children. The website is very accommodating, as well.

It's a nice place with a good enough variety of books, gifts, and geek paraphernalia to overcome its less than ideal location. I mention location as a drawback because, while high profile, it is isolated from all of the other nearby shops by a very large, very busy parking lot. This means that of you didn't leave the house intending to go to Books-A-Million, you probably aren't going to go to Books-A-Million. This is shame as business would almost certainly improve were the store more accessible on foot. As I said, the store is nice, although it does lack the atmosphere of Barnes & Noble. Perhaps this is due to the lighting or the half-height bookshelves, but something is just.... different. I have not found the staff to be overly personable, but they seem to be readily available should you have the nerve to interrupt them making their after work plans. This is a nice bookstore to visit although it doesn't really lend itself to popping in for a quick browse.

Great place to go for gifts, great books or magazines. I enjoy their coffee and place to sit for a while and Do some writing.

Like the quiet setting. Need more Christian books. However, they will place orders if the book is not in the store

They have a variety of books and action figures to choose from. The books are a good price.
