The management at this location is piss-poor! I switched to boost mobile from another carrier, bringing my mobile number that I’ve had for years with me. This boost location had a promotion deal on their iPhones, so I thought I was getting a pretty good deal by switching and upgrading from android to iPhone. Boy was I wrong. The issues began the same day that I purchased the brand new phone. I realized that I was unable to access the internet, use any of my apps, or send and receive any texts while I was on a call. Also, my internet would be sluggish anytime I was in the east valley. This was odd. Who buys an iPhone, and can’t fully access it. I was certainly able to access my apps and use the internet while I was on a call, with an android. I took the phone back to the store and told the manager exactly what I was experiencing. She stated that this was out of the ordinary and that she didn’t know why I was experiencing this, fiddled with my phone for a bit, then gave it back to me stating that it was working and to come back if it messed up again. Sure enough, not even an hour later it began to do the same thing. I called tech support and they told me that boost doesn’t have the feature that allows you to access the internet and be on a call simultaneously, and that the store manager knew this. Tech support filed a complaint against this location. I called to speak to the manager, she dodged me repeatedly. The “assistant manager “ got on the phone and yelled at me after I confronted her about lying about my phones features. She over talked me, ignored me, told me to just deal with it. I was shocked and angry. Who purchases an iPhone 8 only to be able to half use it. Now I’m leaving boost entirely, and have to get a new number, completely inconveniencing my life. Whatever you do, DON’T BECOME A BOOST MOBILE CUSTOMER, DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION!
Couldn't get info for a certain device from any other store to see if they had it ...if they were going to want the new customer I feel they should of helped me with looking which store had a portable hotspot to deserve the good 5 star customer service rating
It's 10:15am and they still not open. The internet says they open at 9:30 and the sign on the door says 10 but yet they not open yet. You want business then be here when it says you are.
It is great company because all lot with your phone and they explain how a it work and so like there service
If you live close to this store don't switch to boost coverage its toooo slow. Had cricket and switch bad decision. Inside house have not internet at all
