Who ever was there, they couldn’t help my mom with just a bill payment. Boost mobile is going downhill on their customer service.
I called for pricing guy didn’t even ask me if I was opening a line adding a line or starting new he just flat out told me to go in. Obviously if I’m calling it’s for a reason.
Was an awkward experience, the two young ladys were rude and didnt really help much
